Plan-driven task generation builds each client's month automatically from their plan. Approvals, SLAs, artifact gates and time tracking keep every deliverable honest, and nothing falls through between team members.
02 / Client portal
Every client gets a portal: live delivery status, approvals they action themselves, reports, invoices and message history. Transparency is the retention strategy.
03 / Reporting
With each account's authorisation, Holara pulls advertising performance from Meta and Google, revenue from Shopify, and email metrics from Klaviyo, then ties them to what the client pays you. Reporting stops being a Friday-afternoon job.
04 / Billing
Direct debit collection, invoicing through Xero, automatic reconciliation, dunning for failed payments, and per-client profitability that includes labour, media and overhead. You see actual margin, not vibes.

Not a product looking for a problem — the system an agency actually lives in every day. Now we're opening it to other agencies.
